ALMOND MOCHA ICED COFFEE
I couldn't find an iced coffee recipe that had all the ingredients I was looking for...so I created this one! It's exactly what I wanted!

Steps:
- 1. Stir chocolate chips and sugar into warm coffee til melted.
- 2. Add all remaining ingredients.
- 3. Pour into a tall glass.
- 4. Sip and enjoy!
- 5. * I love the tiny droplets of chocolate in my iced coffee and at the bottom of the glass! But if your not into that kind of thing...use 2 Tbls. of chocolate syrup instead of the chocolate chips.

- Heat 1/4 cup coffee in microwave in a mug until warmed, about 30 seconds. Stir cocoa mix into the coffee until dissolved.
- Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour 1 cup cold coffee and almond milk over the ice cubes; stir the cocoa mixture and chocolate syrup into the coffee and almond milk.

ICED MOCHA
A perfectly chocolatey, decadent iced mocha coffee.

Steps:
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup around the sides of a glass
- Add the ice to the glass
- Once your coffee has cooled down, pour it into a cocktail shaker
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup to the cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to combine
- Pour the mixture from the cocktail shaker into the glass
- To finish it off, pour the milk into the glass over the coffee

- Whip heavy cream and 2 t of almond syrup in a small bowl with an electric mixer on low speed. After cream begins to thicken beat on high speed til its as thick as you like it. Refrigerate until you are ready to use it.
- Pour milk in a medium microwave safe bowl. Heat on high heat for 1 to 1/2 minutes or until hot but not boiling. Whisk until foamy. Set aside.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of almond syrup and 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup into the bottom of each of 2 coffee cups. Microwave just long enough to warm syrups (about 20 seconds on high). Stir 1/4 cup hot coffee into each cup. Add steamed milk up to the top and the then garnish with almond whipped cream, nuts and cherries.
