AIR-FRYER SALMON WITH MAPLE-DIJON GLAZE
Being landlocked in the Midwest, my kids always thought they disliked fish. This air-fryer salmon dish definitely changed their minds! I cook it on the grill a lot in the summer months, but found that it is just as tasty and more convenient in the air fryer, especially on those busy days! -Jill Fisher, Portland, Indiana

Tips for the Best Air Fryer Salmon with Maple Bourbon Glaze Recipes
To get the most delicious, crispy, and tender air fryer salmon with maple bourbon glaze recipes, keep these tips in mind:
- Use fresh salmon: Fresh salmon will cook better and taste better than frozen salmon.
- Preheat your air fryer: Make sure your air fryer is properly preheated to the right temperature before adding your salmon fillets. This will ensure that they cook evenly and get crispy on the outside.
- Use a meat thermometer: To make sure your salmon is cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The internal temperature of fully cooked salmon should be 145°F.
- Adjust cooking time based on fillet size: If you are using thicker or thinner salmon fillets, you may need to adjust the cooking time accordingly. Thicker fillets will need a few extra minutes of cooking time, while thinner fillets will cook faster.
- Use tongs: When removing the salmon from the air fryer basket, use tongs to avoid breaking the fillets apart and to keep them intact.
- Let it rest: After the salmon is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to settle and make for a more tender and delicious piece of salmon.
