These air fryer egg bites are amazing! So easy to make in the air fryer, these egg bites are a perfect breakfast on the go!

Number Of Ingredients 7

5 eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp chopped ham (optional)
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Steps:

  • Spray the inside of cups of silicone mold thoroughly with a cooking spray.
  • Add the chopped green onions and ham (if using) and put the silicone mold in the air fryer basket. Cook these toppings in the air fryer at 360F for 3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a large measuring cup with a pouring spout, combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • When the toppings are done cooking, take the basket out of the air fryer. Carefully pour the egg mixture into the egg bites mold cups over the toppings. Top the egg bites with shredded cheese.
  • Cook the egg bites in the air fryer at 360F for 12 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

6 large eggs
1 tbsp milk
4 slices bacon (crumbled)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 green onion (chopped)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the eggs and milk, and whisk together.
  • Add in the crumbled bacon, grated cheddar cheese, onions, and seasonings, stirring to combine.
  • Equally divide the egg mixture into silicone cups, about 2/3 full, leaving room for them to rise.
  • Place in the air fryer basket, or on a baking sheet if you have tray air fryer.
  • Cook at 300 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.

PSA: You can and should be cooking refrigerated biscuit dough in your air fryer. It's ready in 10 minutes and the result is much lighter and flakier than the oven-baked version. While you're at it, put beaten eggs and ham into silicone baking cups and air fry them at the same time. Layer with the biscuits, top with hot sauce, and just like that, you'll have rich, savory restaurant-worthy egg sandwiches.

Nonstick cooking spray, for the molds
4 large eggs
Kosher salt
4 thin slices deli ham
One 16.3-ounce tube refrigerated flaky biscuit dough, such as Pillsbury
Hot sauce, for serving

Steps:

  • Spray 4 silicone baking cups with nonstick spray. Transfer the cups to the basket of a 6-quart air fryer.
  • Whisk together the eggs in a large glass measuring cup until no white streaks remain. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Divide the eggs among the baking cups. Insert a piece of ham into each cup, crumpling it to make it fit (some of the ham should stick out above the surface of the eggs).
  • Tear off 4 biscuits from the tube of dough. Place each biscuit in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 300 degrees F and cook for 10 minutes. The biscuits should be golden brown; transfer to a cutting board.
  • Gently lift each egg muffin from its mold so you can see if it's set. If there's no liquid egg on the bottom, transfer the mold to the cutting board. If there is liquid egg on the bottom, cook for up to 1 minute more.
  • Slice each biscuit in half crosswise. Remove the egg muffins from the molds and slice in half crosswise. Arrange the two egg halves on each bottom biscuit, drizzle with plenty of hot sauce and sandwich with the top biscuit.

1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 large red onion, finely chopped
1 small sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 drops hot pepper sauce, optional
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; if desired, add hot sauce. In batches, spread mixture in an even 3/4-in.-thick layer in greased air fryer. Cook until golden and crispy, 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
