THREE AMIGOS CHILI
This is a recipe given to me from a friend, that came out of "The Abs Diet, Eat Right Every Time Guide." It is a "One-Pot Dish." And it says "Powerfoods: 5"...whatever that means. *shrug* I don't use the jalapeno tomatoes it calls for, since we don't like spicey. I just use regular tomatoes. Super easy and super yum!

Steps:
- Heat oil on medium-low. Add onion and saute until soft (about 3-5min). Add turkey and brown (about 5min). Add tomatoes with juice, beans, broth, and spices. Stir and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20min.

Steps:
- 1. Mix together all of the ingredients except the dressing in a medium bowl. Toss so that they are well combined.
- 2. Pour the dressing over the ingredients.
- 3. Store in six 4-ounce (120 ml) airtight containers. Refrigerate overnight.

A pear? In salsa?! You bet your bippy! The hint of sweetness from the pear really makes this salsa special.

- 1. Dice all vegetables or if desired, chop in a blender.
- 2. Add the juice from the limes, lime zest, and mix thoroughly.
- 3. Stir in the EVOO until thoroughly mixed.
