ZESTY ITALIAN PORK CHOPS

Zesty Italian Pork Chops image

I got this recipe from a friend. It's great for a quick meal to put together when you're short on time. It's so easy it doesn't really need to be posted as a recipe but I'm trying to start keeping all of my favorite recipes together to help me with meal planning. I don't usually care for light or fat free dressings but in this case even using the fat free dressing this recipe still tastes great and the pork always ends up so tender.

Well, this was the best darn mistake I have ever made. These pork chops had the most wonderful zip to them! Mistakes like this should happen more often!
