- In a large saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until thickened. , Meanwhile, cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips. Place wings in a well-greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. , Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, turning once. Brush with sauce. Bake 20-25 minutes longer, turning and basting once, or until chicken juices run clear. Serve with additional sauce if desired.

- In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with the salt and Tasty Zesty Spice Blend until well coated
- Working in batches, add the chicken wings to the air fryer in a single layer and "fry" for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

ZESTY OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN WINGS WITH ALABAMA WHITE SAUCE

- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and set a wire rack inside. Dry chicken wings as much as possible by blotting with paper towels. Place wings in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together baking powder, salt, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, brown sugar, lemon zest, and mustard powder. Sprinkle the spice mixture all over the wings, tossing to coat evenly. Place wings on the prepared wire rack, leaving a bit of space between each piece for the air to circulate.
- Refrigerate wings, uncovered, at least 8 and up to 24 hours.
- Meanwhile, for the Alabama White Sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, horseradish, black pepper, salt, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper. Whisk in lemon juice to taste. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Bake the chicken wings for 20 minutes, flip, then continue to cook until crisp and golden brown, about 30 minutes longer, flipping a few more times towards the end.
- Serve the wings with the Alabama white sauce

- Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing at joint to make 2 sections. Rinse and pat dry. Bake at 375 °F for 20 minutes in a single layer. Combine other ingredients. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Brush wings with sauce. Bake 10 minutes more. Turn wings over and brush. Bake 5-10 minutes more until tender. Reheat at 375 °F (15-20 minutes if chilled; 25-30 minutes if frozen).
