Steps:
- Mash banana in a large bowl and then add in the oats, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Fill a greased muffin tin with the granola mixture and use a spoon to form the crust.

- Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C) and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.
- Add in Greek yogurt to each cup and fill with toppings.

- Cut the bananas in half horizontally.
- Insert popsicle sticks in the middle of the banana halves. Transfer bananas to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, and freeze until solid.
- In a tall glass or mixing cup, add Greek yogurt and almond milk, and mix together. If the texture is too thick, add more almond milk until the coating is silky.
- Place granola onto a plate. Dip the bananas into the yogurt coating, then roll or sprinkle on toppings.
- Place bananas in freezer until the coating has hardened.

- Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray or line with nonstick foil. In small bowl, mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter until crumbly. Press in bottom of pan. Freeze 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat pudding mix, yogurt and milk with electric mixer on low speed about 1 minute until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Stir in bananas. Spread mixture evenly over crust. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.
