Number Of Ingredients 8

5 1/3 ounces Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • Combine the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly blended.
  • Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until blended.
  • Stir in the chocolate morsels. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Remove, and cool pan on wire rack before cutting.

Number Of Ingredients 9

3/4 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Skim milk
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Stevia/Truvia
1 piece Egg
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
1/4 cup Choc Chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a square baking dish (I used 8"x8").
  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
  • Pour into the prepared dish and bake for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 9 large squares.
  • Optional: I added about ¼ cup of chocolate chips to my batter, just to live dangerously. This brings the calorie count up to about 65 calories per brownie. Not bad, not bad.
