6 tablespoons plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried mint
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Chill for 15 minutes and serve.

1 tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh mint, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 very finely chopped green chili pepper (optional)
salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together, leave for at least one hour and serve.
