1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
  • Add cucumber slices; stir well.
  • Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

  • Add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper and toss well to coat.
  • Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
