Steps:
- Pour 1/2 inch juice into skillet and stir in brown sugar. Make slashes in fat around steak to keep it from curling.
- Place ham in skillet with juice mixture and top with pineapple slices.
- Cook on medium low heat and turn twice.
- Cook until sauce becomes thick and serve with pineapple slice on each serving.

- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. When foaming subsides, add ham and cook, turning once, until well browned on both sides, about 8 minutes total. Transfer ham to a plate and reduce heat to medium.
- Pour orange juice into skillet and, with a wooden spoon, scrape up any browned bits on bottom of skillet. Stir in mustard and cook until liquid thickens slightly, about 3 minutes. Add pineapple and cook 2 minutes longer, then return ham to skillet and turn to coat with sauce.

SIMPLE PINEAPPLE SAUCE FOR HAM
This simple pineapple sauce is so delicious and easy to make. I got the recipe from my Sister-in-law. Leftovers are great served warm, over vanilla ice cream. I love it with a Honey Baked Ham.

- In a small sauce pan mix the brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Stir in undrained crushed pineapple, lemon juice and mustard.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
- Boil while stirring for 1 minute.
- Serve warm with ham.

BAKED HAM STEAK WITH PINEAPPLE
I found this recipe while looking for a quick and easy dinner with cooked ham. I use a small turkey ham from the meat department.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Slice ham into thick slices.
- Place the ham steak in a shallow ovenproof pan and place the pineapple slices on top. Pour the pineapple juice over all.
- Place the ham steak in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (uncovered).
- After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and turn the oven up to broil.
- Baste the ham with the pan juices. Sprinkle a little brown sugar over the pineapple slices and dust with cinnamon.
- Return to oven and broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until the pineapple is lightly browned. Serve each ham steak with a pineapple slice.

- Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- Bake at 325°F for 1 1/4 to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140°F and ham is heated through.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and pineapple.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Combine cornstarch and remaining water until smooth; stir into pineapple sauce.
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Serve with the ham.
