With the red and green and the white this is almost Christmasy looking. I love this myself and I hope that the Zaar folks will find that this is something they like just as well as I do. It quick and simple to do too.

CHICKEN AND WHITE BEAN STEW
Hearty and delicious. Adapted from Rachael Ray, the recipe takes a few shortcuts (like purchased rotisserie chicken and canned beans) to ensure it's easy and quick. :) I picked up a loaf of Italian bread and made Recipe #113699 to go with it, which made for a simple, but comforting and tasty meal on a chilly night.

Add the tomato paste and stir until it coats the onions and is a shade darker, about 1 minute. Pour in the wine and scrape up any brown bits on the bottom of the skillet. Add the broth, beans, tomatoes and oregano and bring to a boil. Nestle the chicken in the skillet along with any juices from the plate. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 25 minutes.
