Steps:
- Put a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the middle oven rack and preheat to 450 degrees F for 1 hour. Meanwhile, bring the pizza dough to room temperature.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the shallot and chopped garlic and cook, stirring often, until softened but not browned, 3 to 5 minutes; season with pepper. Transfer to a bowl to cool.
- Combine the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coarse salt and caraway seeds in a small bowl. Sprinkle a sheet of parchment paper with cornmeal. Stretch the pizza dough on the parchment into a 12-inch circle, pressing with your fingertips (lightly oil your hands if the dough is too sticky). Spread the shallot mixture around the edge of the dough and top with the seed mixture.
- Combine the ricotta, parmesan, the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, the grated garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes in a bowl; season with kosher salt. Spread the ricotta mixture in the middle of the dough. Top with the mozzarella.
- Slide the parchment onto a pizza peel or another inverted baking sheet, then slide the pizza (on the parchment) onto the hot stone. Bake until the crust is puffed and browned and the cheese is browned, 13 to 15 minutes.

Steps:
- Position an oven rack in the lower middle position and set the oven to high broil. Line a sheet pan with foil.
- Brush both sides of the bagel halves with the olive oil and place on the lined sheet pan. "Stuff" the sausage crumbles inside the scooped bagel halves, then top each half with about 3 slices of mozzarella. Next, add a full coating of those crushed tomatoes, making sure there is not too much tomato juice. Broil until everything is bubbly and hot, about 5 minutes. Top with basil and serve warm.

- 1. Preheat oven to 400. Assemble ingredients Prepare baking pan with cooking spray and sprinkle with cornmeal lightly. I used two jelly roll pans.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with the olive oil, garlic powder and minced garlic, set aside.
- 3. On your baking pan; place the separated bagels side by side. You may need 2 pans.
- 4. With a pastry brush, spread liberal amounts of the garlic butter on each bagel.
- 5. Sprinkle a pinch of basil, oregano, parsley on each bagel. Hot pepper flakes if desired. Next add a layer of parmesan or romano cheese on each halve.
- 6. Next add the mozzarella liberally. Daughter wanted mushrooms on hers.
- 7. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- 8. Serve with marinara. Or eat as is. These were very filling. Crunchy, cheesy and chewy..Yum These would be great to serve as an appetizer. Use any toppings you desire. Like I said, I was keeping with the white pizza theme.
