PEANUT BUTTER-WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE
No thermometers, no fancy equipment necessary. All you need to make this fudge is some peanut butter and a couple of packages of white chocolate!

Steps:
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 2 to 3 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Pour into prepared pan; spread to evenly cover bottom of pan.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Use foil handles to remove fudge from pan before cutting into 32 squares.
