- In heatproof bowl set over saucepan of hot (not boililng water, melt white chocolate with cream, stirring gently until smooth. Let cool to room temperature.
- In separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy; beat in orange rind. Stir in chocolate mixture and orange flavoring.
- Make-ahead: Scrape into airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
- Makes 1-1/2 cups.

- 1. beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. add the pudding mix, powdered sugar and chocolate and beat until combined.
- 2. mix in vanilla and milk, 1 tablespoon at a time until you have reached your desired consistency.
- 3. store in refrigerator, but serve at room temperature. if desired, you can grate more white chocolate on top before serving.
- 4. suggestions: cookies, fruit, or other small sweets.
