Steps:
- 1. Add ground beef and onion soup mix to medium pan and brown meat over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- 2. Add cheese and mix until melted. I like a good amount of cheese. You really just need enough to keep the mixture together.
- 3. Preheat oven to 375. (Crescent roll directions).
- 4. Open crescents, unroll, an separate into 8 triangles. Use scissors to cut lengthwise down each crescent triangle, turning 8 triangles into 16. Put a small amount of meat mixture on the widest part of the triangle and roll up trying to cover most of the meat inside. Place on a foil covered cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes or until golden, according to the crescent roll package directions.
- 5. Enjoy:)
THEY COULD BE SLIDERS (IF EATEN WITH EYES CLOSED) - WHITE CASTLE
A slightly "mock" rendition of White Castles sliders, but we think only better. Great "kid" sized burgers or even better for "adult" sized snacks! NOTE: since posting this recipe I have found out that Pepperidge Farm no longer makes the small rolls in the pans so therefore use your own disgression on which rolls are available to you but I do suggest that you use a small size like a dinner roll in order to get the full "White Castle" affect!

WHITE CASTLE CASSEROLE FROM SCRATCH
My Son Love's White Castle, and I found this taste's just like it. you can use any type of cheese, shredded pepper jack for a zest, or just plain shredded american cheese, I find the plain shredded american cheese doesn't take away from the taste. Use mustard as you like... I used the small casserole pan, 8" x 11", but use...
