1/2 cup of kodiak cake protein mix
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
2 tablespoon of FF plain greek yogurt
Dash of vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat a waffle iron over medium heat 3 to 5 setting.
  • In a bowl whisk together the kodiak cake mix, milk, egg, Greek Yogurt, and vanilla. Set aside.
  • Spray your waffle iron with cooking spray and pour 1/2 cup of batter in the center, close and cook until golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter or refrigerate the remaining.
  • Serving Size: 1 waffle
  • Makes 4 mini waffles
