15 ounces pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
4 eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup artificial sweetener

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Pour into a pie plate.
  • Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 375 and bake for 35-40 minutes more, until pie is set.

My WW leader gave us this recipe the other nite. She claims it is delicious, makes its own crust and, best of all, ONLY 3 POINTS FOR 1/4 OF THE PIE! -- Chef 289860.

1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
2 cups unsweetened applesauce (see NOTE below)
1 cup powdered milk (dry)
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)
6 -8 g Splenda sugar substitute (6-8 packets)
1/4 cup flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 9 inch pie-pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Blend all the above ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour into greased pie pan and spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • One-quarter of a pie counts as 3 points; one-eighth of a pie counts as 1.5 points.
  • NOTE: Instead of 2 cups of unsweetened applesauce, you can use a 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple in its own juice.

1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
2 cups fat-free whipped topping (thawed)
1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (dry mix only)
1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese (softened)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Steps:

  • In a large bowl mix together pumpkin puree and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add in vanilla pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Fold in thawed whipped topping until well blended.
  • Pour into reduced fat graham cracker crust and chill for 1 hour before serving.
  • You may serve with an additional dollop of whipped topping if desired.
  • Makes 8 servings at a little less than 3 Weight Watchers Points Each.

I was suprised that this is not already on zarr(at least i couldnt find it). I found this on almost every website that has ww recipes on it. I really liked this, it is nice for those cravings! Hubby loved it and didn't believe it is ww. lol. I did not add the grape n uts and it was still good. cooking time is freezing time. Serves 8. Each serving contains 137 calories, 4g of fat, 4g protein, 21 carbs, 1g fiber.

2 cups non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, slightly softened
1 1/3 ounces jell-o sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter

12 low-fat honey graham crackers, made into crumbs (3 full sheets)
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon water
4 bananas (thinly sliced on the diagonal)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 ounces unflavored gelatin (or standard size)
1/2 cup cold water
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
grated lime zest (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees; spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter and water with a fork.
  • Press into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Bake until firm, 3-5 minutes; cool.
  • In another medium bowl, toss the bananas with the lime juice; reserve 1 cup. Arrange the remaining bananas over the crust.
  • In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water; let stand 2 minutes. Add the sugar; cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and the gelatin and sugar dissolve, 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat; whisk in the yogurt and vanilla.
  • Pour into the pie plate. Arrange the reserved bananas over the pie; sprinkle with lime zest.
  • Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap, until chilled, 2-3 hours.
