This is an easy and delicious recipe..my family devoured it and asked for it again soon. The combination of the sweet and tangy ingredients was just the right amount in this dish.

Steps:
- 1. Place bacon bits in a medium bowl and set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.Add 2 Tablespoons of oil to skillet add onion and cook, stirring often,until browned.
- 2. Add peas to the onion and cook about 3 minutes.Transfer mixture to the bacon bowl.
- 3. Add remaining oil to the skillet add the garlic over medium high heat and stir aboout 5 minutes ,until garlic has browned slightly. Add rice to the garlic,toss to coat. Cook until rice is golden,stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes(add a little more oil if needed).
- 4. Make a well in the center of the rice mixture. Pour eggs in center. Cook and stir, until eggs are cooked and set. Add bacon mixture, and toss to combine. Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
