CUCUMBER WATERMELON PUNCH
This cucumber watermelon punch is perfect for all parties and occasions. This punch recipe is fruity, floral, and very refreshing!

Steps:
- Combine the cucumber vodka, elderflower liqueur, and watermelon puree in a pitcher or punch bowl. Stir well.
- Add the soda water slowly and carefully stir to avoid it bubbling over.
- Add ice cubes and cucumber slices to the pitcher. Serve.

Steps:
- In a blender, purée watermelon until smooth. Strain and set aside 12 ounces juice.
- Add cucumbers to blender with 1 tablespoon water. Purée until smooth. Strain and set aside 1 ounce juice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine watermelon juice, cucumber juice and all other ingredients. Shake well. Pour into ice-filled rocks glasses and serve, garnished with cucumber rounds.
