3/4 cup frozen chopped broccoli
3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Dash lemon-pepper seasoning
1/3 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave broccoli on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until tender, stirring once. Drain well. In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt and lemon-pepper until smooth. Add broccoli., In a small saucepan, saute the celery, onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Before serving, microwave, uncovered, on high for 20-50 seconds or until warm, stirring once. Serve with crackers.

2 jars (8 ounces each) process cheese sauce
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
Assorted fresh vegetables

Steps:

  • In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, combine cheese sauce and soup. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in the broccoli, mushrooms and jalapeno. Cover and cook on low until vegetables are tender, 2-3 hours. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.

1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
5 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Tortilla chips or fresh vegetables

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise and milk until smooth. Stir in the artichokes, spinach, 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, broccoli, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. , Transfer to a 9-in. pie plate coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or vegetables.

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise and milk until smooth.

1 c finely chopped fresh broccoli florets
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped red pepper
1 oz grated parmesan (1/4 c. divided)
1 crushed garlic clove
4 oz gloucester cheese grated
1/2 c fat free sour creme
1/2 c mayo
pinch pepper
tortilla chips, pita chips or crackers.

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl combine broccoli, onion and bell pepper. Add half the parmesan cheese plus garlic. Stir to combine. Add gloucester cheese, sour creme, mayo and pepper;mix well. Spoon into a small baking dish. Bake 20 - 25 min or until heated through. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese over top. Serve with warm tortillas or pita chips.
