WALDORF CINNAMON MOLD (TNT)

Waldorf Cinnamon Mold (TNT) image

This red molded salad has a sweet cinnamon flavor highlighted by fresh apples and oranges. A beautiful and refreshing compliment to ham. I usually make this in a lovely crystal bowl instead of the mold, to show off it's gorgeous color.
