Steakhouse Potato Salad image

I got this from Kraft's Food and Family Cookbook. This is not a weight watcher recipe. However, I do like to point the points no matter how high they are. Weight watcher points: 5

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 lb small red potatoes (about 9), quartered
1/2 c water
1/2 c miracle whip
1/4 c ranch dressing
6 slice bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
4 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Place potatoes in 2-qt microwaveable dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 minutes or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Place in large bowl.
  • 2. Refrigerate 1 hour or until completely cooled.
  • 3. Mix dressings. Add to potatoes with remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
