- Heat oven to 375° F. In large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain. Stir in sauce and chili powder; simmer 5 minutes.
- Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and about 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, celery, carrot, green pepper, and garlic: saute until tender. Stir in tomatoes, chili powder, tomato paste, vinegar, and pepper. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in kidney beans, and cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Cut a 1/4 inch slice off the top of each kaiser roll; set aside. Hollow out the center of each roll, leaving about 1/2 inch thick shells; reserve the inside of rolls for other uses.
- Spoon bean mixture evenly into rolls and replace tops. Serve immediately.

saw a similar recipe shared a few times on face book and just had to make it. It's pretty easy and even if they don't turn out perfectly, they taste delicious!

Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 425, grease baking sheet.
- 2. brown ground meat and drain excess grease. Add Manwich and cook according to package directions.
- 3. roll out biscuit until it is flat. I just used a glass and rolled it on the counter.
- 4. place flattened biscuit on baking sheet. Spoon 1/8 to 1/4 cups of meat mixture onto biscuit. Top with cheese.
- 5. Fold biscuit over itself to make a "pocket". Crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- 6. beat egg in a bowl, you can add a couple of drops of water to make it spreadable.
- 7. Brush the egg wash onto the tops and edges of biscuits. This will help seal them and help the tops turn crispy.
- 8. cook in oven according to package directions on Grands package. Check after 8 minutes to see if they are done. Mine took about 10 minutes.
