BEST EVER LAMB CHOPS

- Combine herbs and salt; rub over lamb chops. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour., Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°). Serve with mint jelly if desired.

Steps:
- Coat chops with cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, ground paste and yogurt and marinade for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, transfer it to a pot and add 200ml water. Bring to a boil. Simmer half covered, stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 hours.
- Let cool.
- Wipe excess sauce off chops and pan fry for 2 minutes per side. Serve.
