- In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 8 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. In a small bowl, combine flour and sour cream until smooth; stir into beef mixture. Cover and cook 1 hour longer or until thickened. Serve over noodles.

- 1. Brown the ground beef and onions, then drain. 2. Combine first eight ingredients (drain the mushrooms first). Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours. 3. In a small bowl, combine flour and sour cream until smooth. Stir into beef mixture. 4. Cover and cook for one hour on Low. 5. Serve over noodles.
