Herbed Spaghetti Squash image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2.5 pounds Spaghetti squash
2.5 tablespoons Butter
2.5 tablespoons Herbs like basil, chives, chervil, parsley, sage
1/2 each teaspoon Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds
  • Spray cookie sheet with olive oil and bake squash facing down for 45 minutes or until skin is fork tender
  • Remove from oven and let cool
  • Scrape squash out of shell in strands using fork
  • Melt butter in hot skillet
  • Add all ingredients and toss thoroughly but gently
