QUICK AND EASY PEPPERONI ROLLS
Steps:
- Let bread thaw out from the freezer for a few hours. Roll the dough out to about an 11x11 square. Spread your sauce with a large spoon and then add on your mozzarella cheese. Lay the pepperoni in rows covering the top. Roll the dough up.
- Melt the butter and brush it on top of the rolled dough. Sprinkle it with parmesan cheese and some garlic salt. Bake on a baking sheet at 375 for 15-25 minutes.

Steps:
- Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place 8 pepperoni pieces on each. Place a piece of cheese on the short side of each triangle; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Roll up each, starting with the short side; pinch seams to seal. Sprinkle with garlic salt and remaining Italian seasoning. , Place 2 in. apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

For those of you who do not eat regular pepperoni..this is a great lunch or snack idea

Steps:
- 1. With a rolling pin or hands, flatten each biscuit to about the size of a small flour tortilla
- 2. Place about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons (small mound) shredded cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit, top with about 6 to 8 pepperoni slices, more if you wish. Keep filling away from edges.
- 3. Tuck filling into center as you roll the biscuits begining on one end to look like a hot dog roll. This is hard to imagine that is why I have the pictures.
- 4. Slice tops diagonally to allow venting, but only lightly, top layer of dough only.
- 5. Bake at 350 F for about 15 to 17 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy
