Steps:
- Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove pips.
- Brush lemon juice over avocado to prevent discoloration.
- Blend together fish, salt, pepper and mayonnaise and spoon into avocado.
- Chill before serving.
- Garnish as desired.

- Scoop out flesh from avocado halves. Reserve avocado peels for later use.
- Chop avocado flesh; place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Spoon into avocado peels.

- Mix the tuna, mayo, oregano, onion powder and vinegar together.
- Slice the avocado in half length-wise (hot dog bun style). Remove the seed.
- Scoop out the pulp, mixing half of it into the tuna mixture.
- Stuff the tuna mixture into the avocado "shells".

- Scoop the flesh from the avocado halves in a bowl using a teaspoon. Tin in the beans, tuna and onion then toss with the lemon/lime juice.
- Season to taste. Stuff back into the avocado shells, spoon over the houmous, splash with tabasco. Serve
