Steps:
- Preheat oven to 475°F Drain tuna and combine with next 5 ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread tuna mixture evenly on to pizza crust and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden. Cut into wedges and enjoy!

- Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Halve the 2 part-baked baguettes lengthways and cook directly on the oven shelf for 8 mins. Meanwhile mix the diced peppers, sweetcorn, tuna, and 75g of the grated cheddar.
- Transfer the baguettes to a baking tray, spread each with 1 tbsp tomato purée, divide the tuna mix over, then sprinkle with the remaining grated cheddar. Bake for 12 mins until melting and golden.

- Preheat oven to 425F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix tuna, chickpeas, mayonnaise, olive oil, 1/2 of green onion and all of the pepper. Place the pitas on the baking sheet. Divide spinach among the pitas, then spread the tuna mixture over top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each pita and bake until cheese has melted 8-10 min. Cut each pita into wedges and garnish with remaining green onions.
