TRIX CEREAL BARS
Steps:
- In a medium to large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add the Trix cereal and stir until cereal is well coated.
- Prepare a 13x9 pan by spraying with cooking spray or coating with butter.
- Butter your hands or use wax paper to press the mixture firmly into the pan.
- Allow to cool and cut into bars.

Steps:
- Spray with nonstick cooking spray a 9x13 baking dish- set aside.
- In a medium pan over medium low heat melt butter. (6tbs butter)
- Add in marshmallows. Stir until fully melted. (16 oz marshmallows)
- Once fully melted, remove from heat and stir in the Trix Cereal. (1 box cereal)
- Press the cereal into prepared 9x13 baking dish. Use a spatula sprayed with non-stick cooking spray to firmly pack the cereal into the pan.
- Let the trix cereal treat cool completely and then cut into 12-16 squares.

- Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish or pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In Dutch oven, heat marshmallow creme and butter over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add cereal; mix well.
- Spread mixture in baking dish. Using waxed paper or spatula sprayed with cooking spray, firmly press mixture evenly into baking dish. Cool before cutting. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.

- Spray 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray; spray back of large spoon with cooking spray. Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows; cook until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gently stir in cereals and peanuts.
- Pour mixture into sprayed pan. With sprayed back of spoon, press mixture evenly in pan. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled.
- Cut into bars; wrap individually in plastic wrap.
