1 tube (18 oz.) refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
1 C. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 C. creamy peanut butter
1/4 C. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 C. chopped peanut butter cups (about 15 large)

Steps:

  • Press cookie dough onto a greased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand for 4-5 minutes. Spread melted chips over crust. Freeze for 10 minutes or until set. Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl. beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Spread over the chocolate. Sprinkle with the peanut butter cups. Chill until serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

16 ounce(s) roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookies, room temperature
1/2 cup(s) creamy peanut butter
8 ounce(s) cream cheese,softened
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
1/4 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) thawed whipped topping
3/4 cup(s) hot fudge topping
1/4 cup(s) chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350^. In ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, break up cookie dough. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. Bake 12-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread 1/2 c. of the fudge topping over cooled crust. Spread peanut butter mixture over top. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 c. fudge topping. Sprinkle with peanuts. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until serving time. Cut into wedges or squares.

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups plus 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Pat into a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake 16 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips; bake until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes longer.

1 package Krusteaz Fudge Brownie Mix
1 cup peanut butter
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup candy coated chocolate pieces.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie mix as directed. Spoon batter into lightly greased, 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 23 to 27 minutes. PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING: Place peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk in medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth. Spread over prepared brownie pizza. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over peanut butter topping layer. Top with candy coated chocolate pieces.

Fudge, peanut butter and toasted marshmallows all in one place -- what's not to love? Fun for the kids, sinful for adults! I prefer to use my own peanut butter cookie dough and just measure out the right amount. Cook time includes cookie cooling time.

1 (15 ounce) package peanut butter cookie dough
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups mini marshmallows (more or less)
1/2 cup hot fudge, warmed
1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

Steps:

  • Cut cookie dough into half inch slices and arrange on greased 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Press together with fingers to make one big cookie, leaving a 1-1/2-inch border all around.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Carefully spread peanut butter on hot cookie and leave to cool.
  • Just before serving preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cover cookie with marshmallows and pop into the oven for 5-8 minutes so the marshmallows toast.
