TRIPLE-BEAN CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble; set aside. Heat oil over low heat; add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add ketchup, vinegar, molasses and mustard and stir together thoroughly. Add water, beans and bacon. Bring to simmer, cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the beans, onion, brown sugar and ketchup. Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon & pour melted butter over evenly. Cover & bake for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 30 minutes longer.
