1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini

4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves

Steps:

  • HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in broth and spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil. ADD pasta; stir. Cover; cook on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add cooking creme; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until completely melted. Cover; cook 5 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. 1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Additional grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the tomatoes, spinach, basil, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until liquid is absorbed, about 3 minutes., Stir in cream and cheese. Bring to a boil. 1 tsp red pepper flakes ((see notes))
1/2 cup dry white wine ((see notes))
28 oz. pureed tomatoes ((see notes))
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk)
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 package fresh or frozen cheese tortellini

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil and the onion. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the onion is translucent. Add the garlic and the red pepper flakes and cook an additional 2 minutes, until fragrant.

3/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
5 slices prosciutto ham, julienned
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
