I must admit, I felt left out of all the happy hour fun, but only a few more months to go!!!! *This recipe makes 4; and it's easy to increase or decrease, depending on your tolerance (!) or guests.*

8 ounces vanilla vodka
8 ounces godive chocolate-flavored liqueur
4 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
Hershey chocolate kiss (plain or caramel-filled) (optional)

  • Drop a Hershey's Kiss in the bottom of each martini glass; pour mixture in and serve.

8 fluid ounces gin
½ fluid ounce dry vermouth
½ fluid ounce sweet vermouth
4 cups ice cubes
4 pimento-stuffed green olives

Steps:

  • Fill cocktail shaker with fresh ice cubes. Add about 1/2 ounce each dry and sweet vermouth. Shake enough to coat ice and pour off liquid. Add eight ounces gin to coated ice in shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into four chilled Martini glasses, garnish with pimiento-stuffed olive and serve.
