TEX- MEX LAYERED TACO DIP
A favorite from my Mom-in-law. Very Addicting! You can also use premade guacamole for the avocado mixture. Use more or less of the tomatoes, onions, olives, and cheese according to your personal tastes.

Steps:
- Mash avocadoes and mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper - set aside.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning - set aside.
- Layer: refried beans, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, cheese and olives.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips.

Steps:
- Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Spread guacamole over the refried beans. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over the guacamole. Sprinkle on top in the following order:.
- • Lettuce.
- • Green onions.
- • Tomatoes.
- • Black olives.
- • Shredded cheddar cheese.
- Chill and serve with Doritos or tortilla chips.
