1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
6 apples, cut into wedges

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Sprinkle the mixture with nuts. Serve with apple wedges.

A yummy dip for apples that I got from my grandmother. We usually use Granny Smiths, but it would be good on any kind, as well as grapes or other fruit. It is a great finger food for parties!

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 whole apples, Sliced, Raw

  • After you cut the apples, place them in a large bowl of either water and a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice, or in a lemon lime soda. This prevents them from turning brown. Use as many apples as you desire.
