1 can Refried Beans
2 cups Sour Cream
1 Taco Seasoning Packet
1 jar of Salsa
3 Avocados
2 cups Shredded Lettuce (they sell it already shredded!)
2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese
3-4 Tomatoes
*I used a 9x13 glass dish

Steps:

  • Spread the refried beans evenly in the dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the taco seasoning and the sour cream, and spread it over the refried beans.
  • Spread the salsa over the sour cream.
  • Half, pit, and scoop the avocados into a bowl. Mash with a potato masher. Then spread over the sour cream.
  • Continue layering the lettuce, Mexican cheese, and finally the tomatoes. Chill for at least an hour before serving.

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 cup chopped green onions
1-1/2 cups chopped lettuce
1/2 to 3/4 cup honey barbecue sauce
1 to 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Corn chips

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add water and taco seasonings; simmer for 5 minutes. , In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and milk; spread on a 14-in. serving platter or pizza pan. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with chilies, tomatoes, onions and lettuce. Drizzle with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Serve with corn chips.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) container nonfat sour cream
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
ΒΌ head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and shredded
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 chopped tomatoes
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives, drained

Steps:

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture in a 9-inch (or a little larger) round serving dish. Top the mixture with lettuce, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper and black olives.

4 pounds ground beef
2 envelopes taco seasoning
1 cup water
4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup 2% milk
2 envelopes ranch salad dressing mix
4 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup chopped green onions
3 to 4 cups shredded romaine
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 to 3 cups honey barbecue sauce
2 to 3 packages (13-1/2 ounces each) tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. , In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and dressing mixes until blended. Spread over two 14-in. plates. Layer with the beef mixture, chilies, onions, romaine, cheese and tomatoes. Drizzle with barbecue sauce. , Arrange some tortilla chips around the edge; serve with remaining chips.
