With bananas, raspberries, pomegranate and oranges, this smoothie captures the best flavors of the summer in one delicious snack.

1 ¼ cups frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen
½ cup pomegranate juice
¾ cup orange juice
¾ cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Add more unsweetened original Almond Breeze or fruit juice if too thick. If not sweet enough, add more banana.

I just gathered together my favorite fruits and added what else was needed. If you like, use a multigrain bar (I use Entenmann's strawberry flavored), crumble it, and sprinkle some on top of each smoothie.

1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen cherries
4 ice cubes
½ cup orange juice
¾ cup vanilla yogurt
½ teaspoon honey

Steps:

  • Place the banana, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and ice cubes into a blender. Pour in the orange juice, vanilla yogurt, and honey. Puree until smooth.

2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups halved fresh green beans
2 small zucchini, cubed
1 medium yellow summer squash, cubed
4 small carrots, thinly sliced
2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
1 cup cubed peeled eggplant
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon salt-free garlic and herb seasoning
4 cups reduced-sodium V8 juice

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low 7-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
