1 lb Ground Beef (cooked like taco meat)
Large can of Kidney Beans rinse/drain
1 can Olives - chopped
12 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
iceberg lettuce head chopped
4 tomatoes - diced
1 sweet onion - chopped
1 Bag Toritlla Chips - your favorite brand
2 TBLS cilantro
Dressing --- 16 fluid ounces Creamy French Dressing
1 Jar Newmans Own Salsa

Steps:

  • Brown the ground beef - drain well, place in bowl in refrigerator. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, onion, olives and cilantro - set aside in bowl. Drain and rinse kidney beans. Combine in a medium bowl french dressing and Newmans Own Salsa together. In Extra Large Bowl - combine 2/3 bag of torilla chips (crunched up) and all other incredients into bowl except dressing - Mix incredients well together prior to applying dressing. Pour dressing slowly into bowl - a little at a time - shake if you have a lid or stir well to coat salad -- continue to pour dressing into bowl until all ingredients are coated -not too much that it's drenching. Using a large serving spoon - serve onto plates.
