ROSEMARY STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

- In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; add rosemary. Steep, covered, 10-15 minutes according to taste. Discard rosemary. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 month., For each serving, in a blender, combine frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice and 2 tablespoons rosemary syrup; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass; garnish with a whole strawberry and an additional rosemary sprig.

This fruity strawberry vodka martini is an easy and delicious cocktail to make this spring.

Steps:
- Heat the strawberries, sugar and water together in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar. As the strawberries heat up, use a fork to gently mash them, releasing their juices. Continue to simmer the syrup for 10 minutes to let the flavor fully infuse. Remove the syrup from the stove and strain out the strawberry chunks. Let it cool slightly before mixing it into your drink.
- Add the strawberry syrup, vodka and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 5-7 seconds until the outside of the cocktail shaker is frosted. Strain and serve into a chilled glass with fresh ice. Enjoy responsibly!

Steps:
- Muddle rosemary, strawberries, and orange slice in bottom of martini shaker. Use a muddler, flat end of cooking spoon, etc.
- Add ice, vodka, lemonade, and a touch of club soda to shaker.
- Shake well and strain into martini glass.
- Garnish with a strawberry and rosemary sprig and enjoy!
