This fruity Strawberry Lemonade Sangria is a tasty summer cocktail that's quick and easy to make. Filled with white wine and fresh fruit, it couldn't be more refreshing!

Steps:
- Combine strawberries, sugar and 1 ½ cups of water in a high powered blender; process until blended.
- Set a mesh strainer over a large pitcher and pour the strawberry mix through the strainer. This is optional. Set aside.
- Add lemons, lemon zest and remaining water to the blender; process until blended. Add a little more water if needed.
- Put a mesh strainer over the pitcher and pour the lemon mix through the strainer. Discard pulp and stir well.
- Add the wine to the strawberry lemonade mixture; stir well until completely combined.
- Taste and adjust to your liking.
- Optionally, add ice to the pitcher to keep it cold. Serve with lemon slices, strawberries and mint.

- Add lemon slices to a large pitcher, then the apples and strawberries. (I love this pitcher which seals airtight and fits easily into narrow refrigerator spaces.)
- Pour the wine and rum over the top.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 - 5 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator and add the lemon lime soda. Add a few pieces of the fruit to your glass and pour sangria over to serve.
- Leftovers keep for a day or so, but you likely won't have any! :)
