- Place strawberries in a food processor; cover and process until smooth. Stir in limeade concentrate and pineapple juice. Chill until serving., Transfer to a punch bowl. Just before serving, stir in soda. Serve over ice if desired.

STRAWBERRY FLOAT PUNCH
This is a delicious and very simple spring-time punch. Next time, I think I'll freeze strawberries to use as ice cubes in addition to the regular ice cubes. You could vary ice cream flavors with this punch (i.e., rainbow sherbet, cherry, etc) for a completely different punch. I found the recipe at www.cooks.com. Steps:
- Put half the bag of ice into the punch bowl.
- Add ginger ale.
- Add a half gallon of ice cream and stir to mix. Taste mixture and add another half gallon of strawberry ice cream if desired.
- Make sure you don't let the punch foam while adding the ice cream.
