1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1 package (3 ounces) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
2-1/2 cups water
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir gelatin, pudding mix and water until mixture boils, about 15 minutes. Cool until partially set; fold in whipped topping. Spoon into a bowl or individual dishes or parfait glasses. Chill until ready to serve.

Lime-Kiwi Cloud with Strawberry Sauce image

Layered yogurt, whipped topping and angel food cake create a dreamy dessert topped with strawberries.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 large angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 12 cups)
2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Thick & Creamy vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2 medium)
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
2 packages (10 oz each) frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, arrange half of cake cubes.
  • In large bowl, mix yogurt, lime peel and lime juice until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Spoon half of mixture over cake cubes in baking dish; press down to smooth layer. Arrange kiwifruit slices over mixture. Repeat cake and yogurt layers; press down. Cover; refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.
  • Meanwhile, drain strawberries, reserving liquid in 2-quart saucepan; set strawberries aside. Stir cornstarch into liquid until well blended. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes. Stir in strawberries. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
  • To serve, cut dessert into squares; place on individual dessert plates. Spoon sauce over each serving. Store in refrigerator.

1 large cantainer of cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

  • 1. In a large bowl mix together cut-up strawberries,strawberry gel and cool whip until well blended.Then pour into graham cracker pie crust and garnish with remaining strawberries.Chill for about 2 hours,slice and enjoy!!!

1 ounce warm water

5 ounces light vanilla soymilk
1 ounce strawberry syrup, Torani sugar free
3 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
3 large ice cubes
2 tablespoons whipped topping, fat free Redi-Whip

Steps:

  • Dissolve Coffee-mate in warm water.
  • Place all of the ingredients in blender, except for the whipped cream.
  • Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds.
  • Pour, and top with Fat Free Redi-Whip. Strawberrylicious!
