BBQ Grilled Morels image

A great topping on any burger, steak or steak sandwitch.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1-2 c sliced morel mushrooms
1/4 - 1/3 c butter, room temperature
1 dash(es) garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. Slice morels and mix with butter and garlic powder.
  • 2. Fold onto 2 layers thick of alumium foil. and seal tightly
  • 3. Place on grill and turn often once they start sizzling put on top rack and continue to turn.
  • 4. serve with any steak, burger or chicken dish
