FRESH STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKES
Steps:
- In a mixing bowl combine the sliced strawberries, sugar and vanilla extract and stir to combine well. Set aside and allow to macerate for at least 20 minutes and up to 1 hour.
- In a large mixer, place the strawberries, ice cream, and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into ice cream parlor glasses and garnish the rim of each glass with whole strawberries. Serve immediately.

- Blend the ice cream, jam, cream cheese, liqueur, milk and 3 ice cubes in a blender on medium speed until thick and smooth. Divide among small glasses. Top with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers and/or sliced strawberries.

- Combine milk, strawberries, and strawberry ice cream in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Drizzle 1 1/2 teaspoons strawberry syrup on the inside of a glass jar. Pour in milkshake. Garnish with whipped cream and remaining strawberry syrup.
- Take reserved strawberry and carefully cut at an angle but do not cut completely through. Place strawberry on the rim of the glass. Insert a straw and enjoy!
