40 fresh mushrooms (2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened.
  • Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Add chopped stems and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until tender. Add to stuffing with spinach and cheeses; mix well.
  • Spoon stuffing mixture into mushroom caps; place, filled sides up, in shallow pan.

12 large fresh mushrooms, stems removed
1 (6 ounce) package chicken flavored dry stuffing mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ pound imitation crabmeat, flaked
2 cups butter
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
crushed red pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Arrange mushroom caps on a medium baking sheet, bottoms up. Chop and reserve mushroom stems.
  • Prepare chicken flavored dry stuffing mix according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Mix in garlic and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together reserved mushroom stems, prepared dry stuffing mix, cream cheese and imitation crabmeat. Liberally stuff mushrooms with the mixture. Drizzle with the butter and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and crushed red pepper.
  • Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until stuffing is lightly browned.

20 medium sized mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups fresh spinach
8 oz cream cheese
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
¼ cup breadcrumb
¼ cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Place the top half on a baking sheet.
  • Mince the stems.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the minced stems and minced garlic. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the spinach, cook until it wilts.
  • Add the cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well-combined.
  • Take a spoonful of the spinach mixture and fill each mushroom top.
  • Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl and sprinkle the mixture on top of the dip stuffed mushrooms.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

3 dozen stuffing mushrooms
3 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup white wine
2 package s Stove Stop Stuffing for Pork
1 pound ground Linguica (Portuguese cured pork sausage)
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Cut up stems and saute mushroom stems in butter until soft. Add ground Linguica. Cook Linguica and add white wine at the end. Cook that for two minutes more.
  • Make Stove Stop Stuffing according to package directions and add Linguica mix to the Stove Stop Stuffing while stuffing is still "wet". Mix well. Fill mushroom caps with filling and then add a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
