LOADED BAKED NACHOS



Loaded Baked Nachos image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pound ground beef
2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
6 cups tortilla chips
1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes (diced)
2 avocados (diced)
4 green onions (sliced)
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • On the stove top, brown ground beef on medium high heat until brown. Drain grease well. Add your taco seasoning and set aside.
  • On a cookie sheet, spread out your chips so they cover the majority of the bottom.
  • On top of the chips, spoon the cooked meat and black beans, spreading them out at evenly as possible. Sprinkle cheese on top of the meat and beans.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes, or until your cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and top with the tomatoes, avocados, and green onions. Spread them out as evenly as possible.
  • Serve with salsa and sour cream

These nachos can be served as a meal, but all the good stuff makes for a great appetizer or snack while watching a game or a quick lunch for your family and friends. Better plan on making two plates of these, they're really good! Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, finely diced
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced

Steps:

  • In a large frying pan, brown ground beef with onion, salt and pepper over medium heat. Break the meat into very small pieces while it is cooking. After the meat is thoroughly cooked, drain off the grease.
  • Arrange chips on a microwavable platter. Spread beans over the chips. Layer with 1/2 of the cheese, the ground beef mixture, and remaining cheese. Arrange jalapeno peppers on top.
  • Microwave on medium-high until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.

1 ½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked pulled pork
¾ cup barbeque sauce
⅛ red onion, finely sliced
½ cup diced bread-and-butter pickles

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Spread tortilla chips across the bottom of a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Spread pork evenly on top. Spoon BBQ sauce over pork and top with red onions.

1 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 package (13 ounces) tortilla chips
1 cup refried beans
1 jar (15-1/2 ounces) salsa con queso dip
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup minced fresh chives, optional
1/2 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally., In an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan, layer a third each of the following: chips, beans, beef mixture and queso dip. 3 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, divided
3 cups salsa
1 package (10 ounces) frozen corn, thawed
1 cup sour cream
1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
6 cups tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in 2 cups cheese, salsa, corn, sour cream, chili powder and cumin; mix well. , Pour half into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with half of the chips; repeat layers.
