Marshmallows
Dark or Milk Chocolate Bars
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Waffle Cookies
Oreos
Rice Krispie Treats
Nutella
Cookie Butter or Speculoos
Candied Bacon (recipe below)
Roasted Berries (recipe below)
Caramel Sauce
Sea Salt
Bananas, sliced
Cinnamon
Chili Powder
Chocolate Covered Potato Chips and Pretzels (recipe below)
Milky Ways, cut into bite-sized pieces
Snickers, cut into bite-sized pieces
Kit Kats, cut into bite-sized pieces
Reese Peanut Butter Cups
Bacon
Brown Sugar
1 cup strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1teaspoon vanilla extract
Potato Chips
Mini Pretzels
Dark Chocolate

Steps:

  • I don't think anyone needs a lesson in how to build a s'mores, but here's the idea...
  • Using a stick, long grilling fork, or wood skewer, stick on a marshmallow and roast over an open flame for 30-60 seconds, or until toasted.
  • Place roasted marshmallow between 2 graham crackers (or cookies, etc) lined with chocolate (or other toppings) Devour immediately.

Springtime S'mores image

I love making Easter treats, especially when they're this easy. The shortbread cookies give a great crunch. Marshmallows add a softer texture with great fruity flavor. They'll make a great addition to your Easter dessert table. Kids and adults will love these!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 c heavy whipping cream
12 oz white chocolate morsels (Ghiradelli is best)
1/2 c miniature colored marshmallows
1 box Girl Scout Trefoil cookies*

Steps:

  • 1. LINE 9-inch-square baking pan with heavy-duty foil. Break cookies into small bite-size pieces.
  • 2. Heat cream in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles appear around edges. Remove from heat. Add morsels; stir until smooth. Cool, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 3. Add marshmallows; stir to coat. Gently stir in cookie pieces until combined.
  • 4. Spread mixture into prepared pan; press down lightly. Refrigerate until set or cover and let set on the counter. Cut into bars.
  • 5. *Any shortbread cookie an be used in place of the Girl Scout brand.
