1 large pear, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Dash ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Arrange pear slices in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; spread over pears. , Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until tender. Serve warm.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg. (14.5 oz.) gingerbread mix
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2-1/2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 cans (16 oz. each) sliced pears, drained

Steps:

  • Prepare and bake gingerbread as directed on package; cool completely. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
  • Beat pudding mixes, cinnamon and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP. Layer 1/3 each of the gingerbread, pears and pudding mixture in 3-qt. bowl; repeat layers twice.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
